Is a Europe-wide campaign for the arts and culture. It was launched in October 2010 and will run until 2013, when the EU decides about its next multiannual budget.

23th IASJ Jazz Meeting 2013, Herning and Aarhus, Denmark
This will be the first time that an IASJ Meeting will be divided over two cities. The Office of Swinging Europe is located in Herning; an organization which is responsible for the organizing the annual tour of European Jazz Orchestra throughout Europe. Swinging Europe collaborates with the Music Academy in Aarhus, the largest music academy outside Copenhagen. The meeting will take place in the end of June 2013.
